AREA 028/U-CITY My customization theme is all about cost performance. When you’ve got a family, you just can’t pour a ton of money into a car.
As the sun went down, I noticed that the LED on the replacement clock was on its last legs, flickering like crazy.
What a fucking piece of shit.
Used parts are no good. The clock movement was acting up too, so I swapped the circuit board and motor with those from a spare Japanese-spec clock.
It’s a customization that doesn’t really add much satisfaction, since it’s not something you’re constantly looking at while driving.
