今回はテニスに特化したお話しです。

先週は大阪靭テニスセンターに、プロの試合を観に行って参りました。

さて、
世界のプロは、ストロークが以前よりもフラットが多くなっています。当然球速も速くなっています。
これはラケットの材質が変化して来た事も大きな要素だと思われます。

The rackets I bought this time is designed to be a little more hitting flatter strokes, so I decided to change my hitting style a little.

私も今回購入したラケットは、フラットで打つ事に少し寄せたものですので、打ち方を少し変えようと致しました。が、速攻で腕を傷めてしまう始末です。
【歳だから今更フラットは止めとけ】と、言われてしましました😅
ですが、フラット用のラケットなのでトップスピンで打つのはちょっと難しいのよ🤣
